2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of subscription activation or renewal. If you are not satisfied with the service during this period, you may request a refund by contacting us with your registered mobile number, business name, payment reference, and reason for the request.

Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or approved by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Usage charges, message credits, or add-ons that have already been consumed.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Refund requests submitted after the eligible refund window without a valid service issue.
  • Third-party charges, taxes, or payment gateway fees where those amounts are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from the billing settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund unless the request falls within the refund window described above.
